Toyota All New Fortuner, SUV baru Toyota

Desain Baru Toyota All New Fortuner

Toyota All Fortuner andalan terbaru Toyota untuk mendominasi pasar mobil SUV tanah air.

Belum lama ini Toyota meluncurkan All New Fortuner sebuah SUV dengan rancang bangun eksterior dan interior serta mesin yang jauh berbeda dengan generasi Toyota Fortuner terdahulu.
KehadiranToyota All New Fortuner ini tentu saja akan meramaikan persaingan di segmen SUV. Diharapkan Toyota All New Fortuner tetap menjadi pemimpin dipasar SUV dan dapat meninggalkan pesaing terdekatnya All new Mitsubishi Pajero. Keduanya merupakan pemuncak dalam rekor penjualan pasar SUV tanah air.

Saat ini setidaknya ada lima model yang akan bertarung di pasar SUV 7-seater. Selain Toyota All New Fortuner dan All new Mitsubishi Pajero, masih ada Ford Everest, Isuzu mu-X dan Hyundai Santa Fe.

Desain Total Toyota All New Fortuner


Jika dibandingkan dengan model yang terdahulu Toyota All new Fortuner ini terlihat lebih kokoh dan styilish mengikuti selera konsumen Mobil SUV yang juga sekarang banyak diminati oleh kaum hawa.

Secara keseluruhan ukuran dari Toyota New Fortuner juga mengalami perubahan dimana panjang bertambah 90 mm menjadi 4.795 mm, lebar juga bertambah sebesar 15 mm menjadi 1855 mm, untuk tinggi mengalami pengurangan sebesar 15 mm menjadi 1835 mm, namun demikian interior New Fortuner pada bangku penumpang baris kedua dan ketiga terdapat lengkungan pada bagian atap (Bubble Head Lining) sehingga terlihat lebih lapang.

Perubahan pada dimensi lainnya adalah Ground Clearance bertambah panjang 5 mm menjadi 225 mm dan untuk wheelbase masih sama ukurannya dengan Fortuner model lama yaitu 2.750 mm.

Untuk penamaannya Toyota All New Fortuner juga mengalami perubahan. Spesifikasi untuk kasta tertingginya diberi nama tipe VRZ dan SRZ menggantikan Toyota Fortuner TRD. Sementara tipe G LUX (bensin 4x2) dan V (bensin 4x4) sudah tidak digunakan lagi


Toyota All New Fortuner menggunakan mesin diesel pengembangan yang terbaru



Toyota All New Fortuner Mengusung 2 varian baru mesin diesel 1GD - FTV ( 2800 cc ) dan 2GD - FTV (2400cc).



Mesin 2 GD - FTV


Untuk urusan dapur pacu All New Fortuner ini dipersenjatai dengan desain mesin diesel yang benar – benar baru, meninggalkan desain mesin yang sebelumnya.
Mesin lama 2KD-FTV berkapasitas 2.500 yang juga dipakai Toyota Kijang Innova dan Toyota Hilux sudah ditanggalkan.

All new Fortuner sekarang menggunakan varian mesin diesel baru yang diberi nama 1GD – FTV (2800 cc) dan 2 GD - FTV (2400 cc), namun nampaknya yang dijual di Indonesia hanya yang menggunakan mesin 2GD - FTV saja.

Walaupun kapasitas silindernya jauh lebih kecil namun tenaga yang dihasilkan mesin varian terbaru ini justru lebin baik karena penggunaan beberapa tekologi baru.
Mesin 2KD-FTV dapat menghasilkan tenaga 101 hp dengan torsi 200 Nm pada rentang 1.600-3.600 rpm.
Sedangkan mesin 2GD-FTV baru dapat menyemburkan tenaga sekitar 177 dk dan torsi 450 Nm di1.400-2.600 rpm.

Jika melihat dari perbandingan angka tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa mesin generasi baru tersebut dapat mengeluarkan tenaga yang lebih besar dengan kapasitas silinder yang lebih kecil.
Ada beberapa penyempurnaan dan diseain ulang yang dilakukan sehingga mesin baru tersebut dapat lebih bertenaga.

Jika anda melihat tulisan VNT pada bagian belakang Toyota All New Fortuner, itu merupakan kepanjangan dari Variable Nozzel Turbo (VNT) yaitu teknologi turbo terbaru Toyota yang disandang oleh Toyota All new Fortuner.

Sistem VNT bekerja dapat mengatur kecepatan aliran gas buang yang digunakan untuk memutar baling – baling turbo pada setiap tingkat putaran mesin, khususnya pada saat putaran rendah, sehingga kinerja turbo suda dapat terasa pada putaran rendah sekalipun, mobil yang menggunakan turbo tanpa teknologi VNT efektifitas turbonya hanya dapat dirasakan pada putaran tinggi saja.

Penyempurnaan lain yang dilakukan adalah pada desain dan material piston yang digunakan seperti TSWIN (Thermo Swing Wall Insulation) yang membuat panas pembakaran di silinder dimanfaatkan dengan lebih baik sebagai energi gerak.

Bagian atas piston dilapisi dengan dengan silica reinforced porus anodized yang mempunyai tujuan menghasilkan efek yang sama dengan thermo swin untuk meningkatkan efisiensi thermal sampai 44% dan emisi gas buang yang lebih bersih.

Sistem bahan bakar menggunakan tipe Common Rail hasil rancangan Denso. Bahan bakar di suplai oleh high pressure pump ke common rail dan disemprotkan ke dalam ruang bakar oleh injektor yang mempunyai 8 lubang sehingga penyebaran solar ke seluruh ruang bakar lebih merata dan mempercepat proses pembakaran.

Penyemprotan bahan bakar oleh injektor dengan tekanan mencapai 35-220 MPa (rekor baru untuk mesin diesel Toyota ) di kontrol secara elektronik sehingga lebih presisi dan efisien.

Mesin 2GD -FTV dilengkapi dengan High pressure Pump yang dapat membangkitkan tekanan bahan bakar yang sangat tinggi, sehingga penyemprotan bahan bakar lebih efisien dan proses pembakaran lebih efektif.

Tampilan Eksterior Toyota All New Fortuner lebih gagah dan stylish


All New Fortuner terlihat sangat berotot dan gagah akibat pemakaian bumper depan yang besar dan memiliki efek lekukan 3D yang semakin memperjelas karakter sebuah SUV, sedangkan desain lampu headlamp dengan bentuk yang menyudut dan desain lampu Bi – Beam Projector yang futuristik memberi kesan stylish dan modern.


Headlamp New Fortuner tipe 2.7 SRZ 4×2 A/T, 2.4 VRZ 4×2 A/T dan 2.4 VRZ 4×4 A/T menggunakan tipe BiBeam -LED dengan Auto leveling.

Untuk tipe 2.4 G 4×2 A/T, 2.4 G 4×2 M/T dan 2.4 G 4×4 A/T menggunakan lampu model Projector halogen tidak dilengkapi dengan auto leveling atau manual.
Follow Me Home yang merupakan fitur baru pada head lamp New Fortuner dimiliki oleh semua tipe Fortuner.

Daytime Running Lights (DRL) yang dulu juga ada pada Fortuner juga hadir pada New Fortuner namun posisinya menjadi satu pada head lamp unit. Untuk tipe New Fortuner yang memiliki fitur DRL hanya tipe VRZ dan SRZ saja.

Kaca spion untuk tipe VRZ dan SRZ dilengkapi dengan Welcome light yang memberikan kombinasi gaya yang styilish dan fungsional.

Bagian belakang juga tidak luput dari perhatian untuk mendapatkan desain SUV yang stylish, lampu belakang sudah menggunakan Hi Tech LED yang didesain dengan manis sekali dipadu dengan penggunaan Rear Spoiler with High Mount Stop Lamp yang menjamin kemampuan penglihatan tanpa mengorbankan unsur estetika.

Pada bagian atas juga dipasangkan Shark Fin Antenna dengan bentuk yang aero dinamis dan terlihat cantik menggunakan warna yang senada dengan body kendaraan.

Toyota All New Fortuner dilengkapi dengan pembukaan pintu belakang secara otomatis untuk mempemudah memasukkan dan mengeluarkan barang dari belakang.



Interior elegan, sporty dan modern




All New Fortuner menggunakan 2 jenis material untuk seat cover dan door trimnya . Untuk tipe VRZ dan SRZ menggunakan seat cover dan door trim yang terbuat dari bahan Kulit sedangkan tipe yang lain menggunakan bahan fabric high.

Bagian Instrument panel didesain lebih elegan sehingga menimbulkan kesan gagah dan mewah saat berada didalam kabin Toyota All New Fortuner

Bangku depan dilengkapi dengan fitur slide untuk driver dan passanger dengan dilengkapi fitur pengaturan bangku otomatis untuk pengemudi, untuk Fortuner yang meiliki tipe ini adalah 2.4 VRZ 4×2 A/T dan 2.4 VRZ 4×4 A/T, sisanya menggunakan fitur pengaturan manual. Tipe yang sama juga dilengkapi dengan fitur recleaning dan fitur height adjuster.

2nd Row Seat atau bangku baris kedua semua tipe menggunakan tipe 60/40 one touch tumble type dengan di lengkapi fitur slide, headrest, amrest dengan cup holder dan juga dilengkapi dengan seat back pocket dengan shooping hook.

Tombol Engine start yang berfungsi untuk memudahkan dalam menyalakan dan mematikan mesin New Fortuner hadir untuk tipe VRZ dan SRZ saja untuk tipe lain menggunakan model jack knife.
Kemudi semua tipe dilengkapi dengan tombol untuk mengontrol Audio, hands free dan MID

Safety All New Fortuner


Fitur keselamatan terlengkap dimiliki oleh New Fortuner tipe 2.4 VRZ 4×4 A/T dengan kelengkapan yaitu Airbag depan (SRS), Side Airbag, CSA Airbag emergency brake signal, HAC dan TSC. Untuk tipe lainnya hanya memiliki SRS AIrbag saja.

Seatbelt sudah dilengkapi dengan warning untuk bangku depan dan pengemudi, untuk bangku kedua dan ketiga sudah dilengkapi dengan 3 point dengan petentioner dan force limiter untuk bangku pengemudi dan penumpang depan.

Autolock semua tipe dilengkapi dengan speed sensor dan untuk kemudahan dalam memarkir sudah dilengkapi dengan back dan corner sensor dan parking camera untuk semua tipe kecuali tipe 2.4 G M/T 4×2.
